Through our design services, we'd be happy to assist you in coming up with a functional plan and layout to your needs and liking. We also have flexibility in design whether that be upgraded siding, vaulted ceilings, a tiled shower, and so on. When your home is completed in our plant, we truck it out to your lot and have it set on the ready screw piles or foundation.
We will guide you through the design and building process, making it as seamless as possible. We are happy to support you with everything from creating designs to obtaining work permits, hiring subcontractors for on-site work, and completing the construction process.

Prefab Homes

Manufactured homes are built and assembled entirely in the plant. By the time they arrive at your property, all that has to be done is place it, connect it to all your services, and move in.
Modular
Modular homes have units or modules assembled in the plant and are brought to site where they are placed and connected between pieces.
